Effective Sept 7th and until Oct 5th, the market will be located along the shore of Head Lake in Rotary Beach Park, Park St, Haliburton, and our hours will be from 2pm to 6pm. Please visit our new location and see why our farmers take great delight in putting the edible into IncrEdible. Our vendors are local farm producers, bakers, food producers and artisans. We have seasonal vegetables, berries, melons, locally-raised beef and lamb, mushrooms, honey, maple syrup, plant starts, flowers, home-made breads/baked goods, preserves, meat pies, cheeses, East Indian foods and sauces are also available. Talented artisans showcase products made locally and our Market often includes musicians and educational demonstrations.
