Experience a fascinating look into healthy living and take part in beautiful henna tattoos provided by two artists, which will be available during the readings! Lifestyle and diet are the two keys to health and Sneh writes about both in these two books dealing with Ayurveda - an Indian philosophy about the art of healing and prolonging life. Book sale proceeds go to the Chinmaya Organisation For Rural Development which does work in Northern India to end extreme poverty, gender discrimination and to improve literacy. Event starts at 1pm until approximately 4pm. Will include question and answer with Sneh!
