  • During July, August and September, members of the Taoist Tai Chi Society (TM) will (weather permitting!) demonstrate this gentle form of exercise at 11.30 a.m. in Head Lake Park (near the Rail's End Gallery) on Fridays, and in front of the Village Barn on the last Friday of each month.

Taoist Tai Chi(TM) is a relaxing form of exercise which helps people of all ages to improve their balance, flexibility and strength. It's especially helpful to those who can't manage the more energetic kinds of exercise.

Taoist Tai Chi Society(TM) instructors volunteer their time and are trained and accredited by the Society. The Society is a registered charity.
