Two Highlands East residents have been charged with several offences following a drug bust on Wednesday.

Several specialized units of the OPP executed a warrant on a property on Magnificent Road in Highlands East Sept. 26, recovering $200,000 worth of marijuana, $7,720 in cash and other property.

A 53-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman, both of Highlands East, were charged in relation to the incident.

They will appear in Bancroft court Nov. 13 to deal with the charges.
