School starts once again 0

 When Shaylynn Badger was getting off the bus her face erupted with excitement.

Badger could not contain her grin when she spotted her teacher on the schoolyard at Cardiff Elementary School on Sept. 4.

After a two-month long summer break, kids and teachers alike were all smiles on the first official day of the school year.

As students and staff settled into their routine, the PA system offered the day’s announcements, telling students they were missed and it was clear the feeling was mutual.
