Dusk dances delight crowds in Head Lake Park 0

This year’s Dusk Dances in Haliburton evoked smiles and long pondering faces from audience members at performances from July 19 to July 22 at the Head Lake Park. Professional and amateur dancers combined their talents in an event that showcased four choreographed dance. Among the performances was one by local Julie Barban, who led and choreographed a group of children and youth in The Four Elements. Dusk Dances is an outdoor festival and was in locations across the province such as Toronto, Peterborough and Ottawa to name a few. Organizers said opening night had record attendance of close to 500.
